To ensure a positive experience for everyone, the following rules must be observed:
All students and Freeda team must treat each other with courtesy and respect, avoiding any form of discrimination based on origin, culture, language, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or abilities.
A cordial attitude towards teachers and administrative staff is expected.
Aggressive, offensive, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
The exclusive use of Spanish in the classroom is encouraged to maximize learning.
The use of mobile phones in class is prohibited unless the teacher allows it for educational purposes.
Electronic devices must be on silent mode to avoid disruptions.
It is forbidden to record or take photos of teachers or classmates without explicit consent.
Attendance is mandatory to ensure proper course completion.
Repeated lateness may affect student participation in class.
If absent, students must inform the school in advance.
Students must complete assigned tasks and actively participate in class.
Plagiarism, cheating on exams, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited.
To receive a course completion certificate, students must meet the academic and attendance requirements established by Freeda Language Space and the Instituto Cervantes.
Classrooms and common areas must be kept clean and orderly.
Teaching materials provided by the school must be handled with care.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly forbidden on school premises.
Students are encouraged to use resources consciously and recycle properly.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
Verbal or written warning.
Temporary suspension from classes.
Expulsion without refund in cases of serious or repeated violations.
