Finding accommodation in Barcelona is no easy task, so we’ve prepared a few options for you that can make your search easier or be a temporary solution.
Rooms in Barna Students Place
To simplify your search of an accommodation in Barcelona, we recommend checking out BSP website. Here you can find rooms to rent in the best districts of the city.
All the apartments are fully equipped, so you will be comfortable during your whole stay in Barcelona (WFI, a TV, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine, cutlery, beddings(optional), desk). Any required maintenance service is included with no additional charges.
You will live next to your school sharing an apartment with like-minded people from FreeDa.
Also you have to know that in the event of visa denial, you have the right to a refund of the paid amount according to the following condition; notifying a month in advance, you will receive a 100% refund, minus the deposit , by notifying between 15 days and a month in advance you will receive 50% of the paid amount minus the deposit. If you notify BSP less than 15 days, you will not be refunded either the rent or the deposit paid.
However, you must know that from 1 month to 1 year reservation, you need to pay 1 month deposit. This price doesn’t change and, moreover, you will be reimbursed after your stay.

Rooms in the Ronda Sant Pau student flat
We are offering our students rooms in a student flat in the Poble Sec area near Sant Antoni market and Parallel station for their first month. The flat is a 10-minute walk from the school at Cabanes 40 and 30 minutes by public transport from the schools in Borne and Gracia.
The flat has 5 individual bedrooms. All rooms are furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, chair), flats have WIFI, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances, towels and linen. Weekly cleaning is included in the rent price.
You will have to pay a monthly rent of 800 euros + 200 euros deposit. The accommodation fee is non-refundable if a student visa is refused, if more than 14 days have passed since the payment was made.
